ARCK is an innovative education nonprofit reimagining what learning can be.  A workforce readiness and pathways program that has spent the past 15 years bringing creative and social innovation through arts-based learning to under-resourced students in Boston. After many years of partnering with Boston Public Schools, we are now entering a new phase of growth through our Creativity Lab, a hub designed to support young people with creativity, belonging, mentorship, and future readiness.

Through our proprietary, research-based curriculum and the Creative Pathways Program, we build a collaborative learning community for students ages 12–19—grounded in respect and compassion. Together with our students, we co-design experiences that cultivate their talents, strengthen academic skills, and empower them to create the futures they choose.

Students graduate ready to apply to college, launch projects, or earn internships with partner organizations. Each experience helps them discover their purpose, unlock opportunity, and create positive change for themselves and their communities.

We are currently accepting applications for our summer programming.
